An autistic man who killed his girlfriend's uncle, and dumped him in a wheelie bin, has admitted manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.Nathan Kearney, 33, was on trial at Leicester Crown Court accused of murdering William 'Bill' Tomlinson, 64, on February 18.The trial was halted after the prosecution's psychiatrist gave evidence which co-incided with two defence psychiatrists about there being some evidence of diminished responsibility in Kearney's case.Judge Nicholas Dean QC...
