A man who sold cannabis to revellers at last year's Caribbean Carnival has been sentenced to 11 months imprisonment suspended for two years.
Devan Garner (19) of Uppingham Road, Leicester, pleaded guilty at Leicester Crown Court to supplying a controlled drug and possessing a knife at the Victoria Park festival on August 1, 2015.
Prosecutor Phil Gibbs said police officers had seen Garner acting suspiciously and was believed to have been supplying cannabis to members of the public.
